This full-day Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed to equip healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, and clinical staff with the essential life-saving skills required to manage medical emergencies confidently and competently.

Led by a Critical Care Paramedic with postgraduate distinction, this course provides structured, evidence-based training aligned with current UK resuscitation guidelines.

Participants will develop the knowledge, practical competence, and clinical confidence required to recognise cardiac arrest, deliver high-quality CPR, and safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

1️⃣ Foundations of Basic Life Support

3️⃣ Adult CPR (High-Quality Resuscitation)

4️⃣ Paediatric & Infant Resuscitation

  • Modified CPR techniques for children and infants
