Theory Includes:

Laser physics and vascular absorption principles
Hemoglobin as the target chromophore
Laser wavelengths suitable for vascular conditions (e.g. 532nm, 1064nm Nd:YAG)
Fitzpatrick skin typing and client safety
Depth and diameter of vessels and how to treat them
Identifying suitable lesions (e.g., telangiectasia, cherry angiomas, spider veins)
Contraindications, complications and risk mitigation

Aftercare protocols and healing expectations

Practical Includes:

Hands-on use of vascular laser handpieces
Treatment of facial thread veins (nose, cheeks, chin)
Treatment of body veins (legs, décolletage, ankles)
Patient preparation and laser cooling
Spot size and fluence settings for each area
