Adrian Roberts is an accomplished Critical Care Paramedic awarded a Distinction at postgraduate level in Critical Care, the highest academic grade achievable. With extensive frontline experience in emergency and pre-hospital medicine, Adrian has built his reputation on precision, safety, and clinical excellence.

His background in high-acuity medical environments means he brings an exceptional level of anatomical understanding, risk management, and clinical decision-making to aesthetic medicine. This critical care foundation underpins every aspect of his work, ensuring treatments are delivered with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient-centred care.

Adrian has completed over 100 advanced aesthetic medicine courses and masterclasses, mastering a broad spectrum of techniques. His expertise includes advanced dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, PRP therapy, non-surgical rhinoplasty, facial contouring, scar revision protocols, regenerative treatments, and energy-based devices. His meticulous approach ensures that every client receives bespoke, results-driven treatments tailored to their individual goals and facial structure, with a strong emphasis on natural-looking enhancement.

Beyond his clinical practice, Adrian is a highly respected aesthetics educator, having personally trained over 1,000 practitioners across the UK, USA and Europe. He is committed to raising standards within the aesthetics industry and ensuring practitioners are trained to healthcare-level standards.

With extensive hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics and advanced beauty industry, Fabian serves as our South Clinical Educator at Skinovation Aesthetics, leading training and clinical development across Brighton, London, and the surrounding regions.

Fabian is an exceptionally skilled practitioner, known for his precision, calm clinical approach, and consistently natural-looking results. His attention to detail, anatomical knowledge, and patient-first mindset allow him to deliver treatments with both safety and artistry, achieving outcomes that enhance rather than overpower.

Over the years, he has built a loyal and ever-growing client base who trust him not only for his technical ability, but for his professionalism, integrity, and outstanding standard of care. Beyond clinical practice, Fabian plays a key role in education and mentorship within our academy. As a multi-award-winning practitioner, I’ve had the honour of being recognised for the quality, creativity, and impact of my work. In 2026, I’m privileged to serve on the judging panel for several prestigious industry awards, celebrating brilliance and innovation across the aesthetics community.

Ffion Haf Hughes is an award-winning paramedical and holistic expert, international speaker, and judge, best known for blending advanced reconstructive cosmetics with soulful, trauma-informed care. As founder of The Little Wren Clinic & Academy in North Wales, Ffion leads a HIW advanced clinic and an accredited academy, setting high standards for safety, healing, and education in the beauty and medical industries.

Her expertise spans permanent makeup, areola restoration, and scar camouflage, restoring confidence for clients post-trauma or cancer. Ffion is a sought-after educator and prime speaker at industry events, including the CIEH Beauty Conference, and the HIW standards in safety conference, where she champions safety standards and regulatory excellence across the UK.
